How we handle information when you contact us, use this website, or schedule a conversation.

Who we are
Havenmont Advisory is a trading name of Kurakagei Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to that business. This policy explains how we handle information from this website, inquiries, and consultation bookings. A client engagement may have additional privacy or confidentiality terms in its written agreement.

Information we receive
- Contact messages. Your first and last name, company, email address, message, and any information you choose to include in later correspondence.
- Consultation bookings. Your name, company, optional website, and description of what you would like help with. When you continue to Cal.com, it receives these details. Cal.com also collects your email address, selected meeting time, time zone, and any booking information you provide there.
- Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. The contact endpoint also uses connection information to limit repeated requests.
Please provide only information relevant to your business inquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or confidential information about someone else in these forms.
How we use information
We use inquiry and booking details to respond, arrange and prepare for conversations, assess whether we can help, and keep relevant business correspondence. We use technical information to operate the website, investigate errors, and prevent misuse. We may also retain or disclose information when required by law.
Submitting an inquiry or booking does not subscribe you to a newsletter. This website does not add your details to a marketing mailing list or sell your personal information.
Services involved
We use the following providers to operate these website features:
- Vercel hosts the website and processes contact submissions through a server function.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our business inbox and processes message content and delivery information.
- Google Workspace provides our business email and calendar. Consultation bookings use Google Meet.
- Cal.com manages availability, booking details, calendar invitations, and meeting reminders.
The scheduling form passes your details to Cal.com in the destination address when you select “Choose a time”. That address may remain in your browser history. No appointment is confirmed until you finish the booking process on Cal.com.
These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where they operate. Information processed abroad may be subject to local laws and lawful access by courts or public authorities. We remain responsible for personal information under our control.
When you visit an external service, its own privacy terms also apply. Provider information is available from Vercel, Resend, Google, and Cal.com.
Retention and protection
We retain information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, including relevant business correspondence and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and the reason we hold it. We aim to delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal requirements and provider backup processes.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information, including encrypted website connections and restricted access to business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about the personal information we hold, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent to optional uses. Contact info@havenmontadvisory.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Applicable legal requirements or exceptions may affect what we can provide or delete.
You can choose not to submit a form. Withdrawing information needed to handle an inquiry or booking may prevent us from completing that request. Please contact us with privacy concerns so we can investigate. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another privacy authority that applies to your situation.

We will update this page when our website or information practices change and revise the date shown above. Where required, we will provide further notice or seek consent before using information for a new purpose.
